Mayor informaci\u00f3n sobre la garant\u00eda de cada producto espec\u00edfico estar\u00e1 disponible en el manual correspondiente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Durante el per\u00edodo de garant\u00eda, AgroNEXT inspeccionar\u00e1, reparar\u00e1 o reemplazar\u00e1, a su elecci\u00f3n, los productos\/equipos (en su totalidad o partes) que resulten defectuosos. En caso de NO contratar a AgroNEXT para realizar la instalaci\u00f3n y puesta en funcionamiento del equipo, el seguro del transporte correr\u00e1 por parte del comprador y la garant\u00eda no cubrir\u00e1 cualquier da\u00f1o causado por una instalaci\u00f3n inadecuada, negligencia, accidente, modificaciones no autorizadas o cualquier otro da\u00f1o al producto AgroNEXT. La garant\u00eda no cubrir\u00e1 da\u00f1os provocados al equipo AgroNEXT causados golpes, rayo, granizo, o cualquier otro evento clim\u00e1tico (el comprador deber\u00e1 obtener el seguro pertinente para cubrir ese tipo eventos).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Devoluciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Antes de devolver una unidad defectuosa, el comprador deber\u00e1 contactar a AgroNEXT para seguir el instructivo correspondiente. El comprador deber\u00e1 llenar el un formulario de autorizaci\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n de AgroNEXT de manera completa y aportando toda la documentaci\u00f3n que se le requiera (incluyendo fotos y videos si as\u00ed se indicara en el formulario). AgroNEXT no se hace responsable de ning\u00fan paquete que se devuelva sin un n\u00famero de autorizaci\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n v\u00e1lido ni de la p\u00e9rdida del paquete por parte de cualquier empresa de transporte. El comprador siempre se har\u00e1 cargo del costo de env\u00edo y el seguro correspondiente. La devoluci\u00f3n del equipo se realizar\u00e1 utilizando el embalaje original y bajo las mismas condiciones de acondicionamiento. El incumplimiento de estas condiciones que causen da\u00f1o, rotura, desperfecto o cualquier otro impacto negativo al equipo, puede resultar en un cargo que se deducir\u00e1 del monto a devolver.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Una vez aprobada la devoluci\u00f3n por parte de AgroNEXT, en un plazo no mayor a los 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles se le devolver\u00e1 el dinero al comprador.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Ciertos equipos y\/o accesorios NO pueden devolverse.
